 1037 E. 38th Pl.  is a modern home with a classic feel.  This home is nestled in mid-town.  I designed this home for the clients narrow lot.  

I have a client who purchased multiple lots on the same street.  I designed three different looks because of the proximity of the homes.

Just down the street from Utica Square these two homes are also close to each other.   While the floor plans are similar the homes are quite different.
